The Cans Festival Stencil Art Street Battle 3rd, 4th, 5th May 2008.
This Festival is an exhibtion of graffiti artists, street artists, paste up and various other freehand graffiti artists. George W Bush made an appearance at Banksy's Cans Festival. Twice! Or so it would seem!
Beneath the stencil of Bush there is another Revolting Mass Stencil of decapitated politicians being eaten by children. Urrrgh! Thats disgusting! Tbey must taste horrible! Still its an important job and somebodies gotta do it!
Riot Police Stencil at Banksy's Cans Festival

Its fitting really that this riot police stencil was displayed in Waterloo, as the inspiration for it came from Revolting Mass meating the infamous buggers in London! The quote with the image is taken from Pierre Joseph Proudhon, a famous Anarchist speaker from 1849.
