Revolting Mass has been on the wrong end of a truncheon several times, usually for unjust reasons. After a particularly brutal attack by Bristol's finest, he created this stencil, adding a quote by Pierre Joseph Proudhon (1849) - Whoever lays his hand on me to govern me is a usurper and tyrant and I declare him my enemy.
