SO WHAT?!?

Revolting Mass is a talented and angry, vandal.

He believes getting outside & expressing yourself is healthy. If pigeon holed he is classed as a street artist, stencil graffiti artist and freehand aerosol artist, or more simply 'a vandal'. Indoors he is a illustrator in pen and ink, acrylics, digital image manipulation and more recently screen printing.

Inspiration truly is a love / hate relationship for Revolting Mass. It comes from all the things in the world that piss him off, as well as the beauty of our planet and stories of heroism (particularly people standing up, against the odds, to oppression). But usually it is the destruction of the planet, the suppression of freedom and the apathy of his fellow humans that push him to the point where he paints. Rather than rant and rave at passers-by, he lets his artwork do that for him. Freeing up time to live his life.

Commissions & Teaching

Most of the time Revolting Mass paints what he wants to. But having trained as a designer and illustrator, he is perfectly capable of creating work to the specifications of a private client, so is available for commissioned pieces.

Revolting Mass believes that investing in the children is important, and teaching them to graffiti properly, even more so. He has run several highly successful sessions teaching graffiti at youth clubs, he loved it and so did the teenagers and children involved. We are all very proud of the final piece.

Revolution For Sale!

Revolting Mass realises that there are some minted art collectors out there building up street art collections and after seeing some Banksy pieces fetching ridiculous amounts, he decided that he wanted a slice of that pie, if Revolting Mass was ever to make tons of cash he would start his own national newspaper and brain wash the masses to do his biding, so thats why some of the limited edition work is so expensive.

For the tight arse's and broke people out there, who just love Revolting Mass's work, but can't afford or justify spending large amounts of cash on limited edition original pieces, he has decided to print unlimited edition posters of his work for as cheap as he can. He loves the idea of getting his artwork out there and his messages spread by any means available

Right On! - Eco Friendly Printing

All our printing is done on recycled material or paper from sustainable forests. Inks are as eco-friendly as they can be, using vegetable based inks and paints wherever possible. Its all fair trade (well Revolting Mass did it and all the money goes to him). Most of the money earned will be used to create more artwork, graffiti and/or activist press.
